Shipping Information

Velucci New York currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Every order includes free insured shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing & Delivery Times

Due to increased demand during our Closing Sale, orders currently require 1–5 business days for processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may also monitor the status of your shipment through our Track Your Order page at any time.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

All orders are shipped with insurance coverage.
