Returning a Product
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For products where hygiene may be a concern, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return request.
Damage Caused by Use
Velucci New York is not responsible for damage resulting from:

- Negligence
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized modifications
Only verified manufacturing defects are covered under this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Socks
- Opened personal-use products
- Any sealed hygiene product once opened

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping fees typically start at approximately $25 depending on location and carrier.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Velucci New York is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Return Address
Returns are processed through our international fulfillment partners.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective product:
- We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation
